Building skills for social entrepreneurship. Game-based training to answer the disruptive shift that will reshape the youth workforce landscape.”
On Thursday, 5th of September with our partners InterMediaΚT from Grece, TYF-The Young Foundation from the United Kingdom and Dramblys from Spain we had an opportunity to present you our business board game.
Together with youth people, we named our game “Sociopolis“.
The main goal of the GATES project is to increase the employability of young people and improve their situation on the labour market, by focusing on those competencies and skills that are part of the creativity associated with learning through games.
The beneficiaries of the GATES project are young employees who want to improve their skills, including transversal skills – under this project you can identify “young employees” as all employees aged 18-23 employed and unemployed (limited by our age since 2020). They are obliged to deal with the needs of employees using services supplementing the available competences).
